ABSTRACT

The introduction of part-time teachers is key to building a “Double” foreign language faculty. Because most of the time due to school fulltime teachers are carrying out theoretical teaching, practical ability is not high foreign language teachers have been flawed. And the introduction of a number of practical skills, familiar with the corporate culture, understanding enterprise product information, work experience, knowledge of the enterprise mode of operation, understanding industry trends part-time teachers, can significantly compensate for the inadequacies of full-time teachers, enhance foreign language faculty practical ability. Since part-time teachers to wear two hats, it is difficult to put all their energy teaching and teaching methods, there is not a professional approach phenomenon, therefore, part-time teachers should be implemented internship guidance, task-based teaching, case teaching, regular lectures and other teaching way to avoid the drawbacks of part-time teachers [2].
