ABSTRACT
The EKC curve reflect the tendency between economy and environment, it is value to many scholars, socialites and government. Economists analyse this problem in different perspective such as the influence between economy and environment, the service of requirement and revenue, the law and rule that are controlled by government and so on (T.T. Liu, Z.Y. Ma, N.Q. Wan & Z.G. Liu 2011). In the developed countries, such as America, Australia, Canada, the development of grassland and economy turn to be the inverse U graph. However, the research of our country was so few can not prove the relationship between Chinese economy and grassland. This field need to be researched necessarily.
