ABSTRACT
Maintenance of power lines is generally based on past historical experience, according to the fuzzy standard preset route and time for routine maintenance,so couldnot according to the importance of line location to determine priority repair line, line maintenance is not important to the whole power system reliable operation and also occupied resources, thus can not give full play to the UAV rapid response, accurate and other advantages, so it can not make full use of resources. Therefore, should consider fully the importance of the rate of failure and the surrounding topological line to evaluate the line to maintenance state.
