ABSTRACT

Container plate pretreatment is one of the key container manufacturing process. The existing container veneer pretreatment process can be simply divided into the following steps: Artificial feeding-Open plate-leveling-play sand processing-spray primer paint drying-fall down. The traditional container veneer production craft has the following disadvantages: Production procedure, among various production processes require manual handling of sheet metal and upper and lower operation, big worker labor intensity, product technology is not enough, lead to the production efficiency is not high; Spray primer way not only labor costs are high, and easy to cause film quality problems. For container manufacturer, therefore, on the premise of meet the existing production rhythm, ‘do not fall to the ground, not secondary handling’. The prediction, the successful development of joint production line, need only 1-2 workers to complete simple mechanical control operation and fault can be found, can save labor costs by 80%.
