1 INTRODUCTION
It is very important to safe of industrial boiler pressure vessel as special pressure vessel equipment. According to statistics, about 56% of incidents was serious water shortage of the national total boiler accidents [1-3]. Boiler accident occurred when a serious water shortage that will make a large area of boiler pressure parts deformation, and it will lead to cracking explosion if not handled properly. Therefore, the boiler drum level control must be within its normal range. Drum boiler should have at least two remote drum water level gauge and two drum water level gauge independent of each other [4-6]. The former get closed-loop control of water level through reliable measurement and transmitted the signal to the DCS systems [5]. The latter achieve visual security monitoring as cameras transfer the video signal of measured and displayed to the control room.
