ABSTRACT
Wind energy sources have enjoyed an increased interest because of the technological enhancement of the wind turbines. Under a certain wind speed, there is a maximum power point which wind turbine can reach, but because of the randomness and uncertainty of the wind speed, how to quickly achieve the maximum power point when the wind speed changes, is the key issue for wind power.
