1 INTRODUCTION
With the development of long distance oil and gas pipelines, safety and reliability problems are becoming increasingly obvious. Carrying out risk management with the application of relevant knowledge after HAZOP analysis on the oil and gas pipelines is of significant important to the safety running of pipelines. Currently, the fast development of long distance natural gas pipeline in China, along with the social increasingly demand for HSE and the safety concept promotion of enterprises, the demand of securitization and standardization management in oil and gas pipelines is higher and higher. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the hazards and operating problems in oil and gas pipeline system by HAZOP analysis, so as to master the hazards of devices or operating, and then put forward improvement measures to eliminate hidden dangers, realize and optimize device security.
