ABSTRACT
Under the influence of information network technology, people’s reading way, habits, and psychology have undergone great changes. Public library, as a major form of public reading, in the face of new media impact, must make deal measurements to establish a new philosophy and take effective measures to focus on the development of personalized services, such as the establishment of digital libraries, mobile libraries, personal library, etc., to adapt to the evolving public reading demands changes.
