Sequence stratigraphic characteristics of the lower second member, Shahejie formation, W79 block

Wenliu area is located in the northeast of Dongpu depression (Fig. 1). The conformation of Wenliu structure is a long-axis anticline complicated by faults (Zhang et al., 2009).

W79 Block is at the middle of Dongpu Depression and is in the southern part of Wenliu area. Being surrounded by two NNE faults, It faces the W79nan block in the south, the W79-79 block in the west and the W138 block in the east.
