ABSTRACT
President Obama launched the New Energy for America plan which aims to increase domestic energy supply, invest in clean energy R&D, reduce GHG emissions and improve energy efficiency. According to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, $91 billion should be invested in clean energy development, energy efficiency, environment protection and tax incentives for promoting green initiatives.
