ABSTRACT
Yu et al. 2003; Yin et al. 2011; Wang et al. 2011), considering the specific historical stage, specific technical and socio-economic development level conditions, in this paper, the water ecological carrying capacity is defined as the water resources carrying the population quantity with a certain quality of life and socio-economic developing scale in an area ensuring the rational development and utilization of water resources and water ecosystems healthy development.
