ABSTRACT

With the core of agriculture capital, comprehensive agricultural production capacity is based on nature resources and supported by technology, education and productivity of worker. And also the ability to keep on a stable and optimal output level in a certain period of time. In certain condition, comprehensive agriculture production capacity can turns into real production capacity which depends on arable lands, capital, label force and technology etc. (lv et al. 2005) The comprehensive agriculture production capacity including the index of agricultural infrastructure equipment, technology input level, social and economy benefits and climate resources etc. (Hu et al. 2008) The capacity of agriculture is the restriction of agriculture and economy development and also the key point to solve three dimensional rural issues and guarantee the food security of the whole country. Therefore, it is important to evaluate comprehensive agriculture production capacity in a scientifically and rational way.
