ABSTRACT
The VRP was first proposed by G.B. Dantzig & J.H. Ramser (1959). The problem involved the demand of each of many customers scattered in different places. The depot had to assign vehicles to visit all the customers and satisfy their needs by planning the shortest total travel distance without violating any restrictions.
