ABSTRACT
Enterprise vitality is the ability to show its life intensity, the manifestation of which is its internal metabolic status and its ability to adapt to environmental change; enterprise vitality has a direct impact on sustainable development of the enterprise. To reveal the characteristics of the enterprise from the perspective of bionics, concentrating on value creation, longevous enterprise, continuous and sustainable development, is not only a new way of thinking on enterprise management, but also an enrichment and supplement to functional enterprise management theory.
