2 SYSTEM HARDWARE DESIGN

2.1 Overall design of the system hardware

This system hardware design system block diagram is shown in Figure 1. Hardware system uses STM32F103ZET as the master CPU, adopts switching power supply for system’s electricity supply, and has 8 inputs and 8 outputs detection interface that can detect four devices simultaneously. Also, it uses modular design for input and output design, increases or decreases modules depending on the increasing or decreasing of the input and output volume, and configures DM9000 Ethernet Chip that is capable of synchronous data transmission. The display interface is with 7-inch TFT LCD screen and touch screen, number keys and function keys as well, which are more convenient to set up parameters and operational data in the backstage. Also, it provides SD card interface for storing test data and achieving program updating.
