Nowadays, science and technology innovation has been becoming an outstanding feature of national prosperity and progress, what is more, accelerated development of science and technology propels the transformation of the whole human society. Science and technology of computer as one of the most advanced innovation in the 20th century, has been raised sharply with the instantaneous changes. In the meantime, cultivation of talents on computer science and technology has been to a new stage. Science and technology innovation activities require innovative consciousness should be combined with creative thought and practice and cultivation of talents on innovation activities is an inevitable requirement for the development of the time.
