ABSTRACT

With the development of automatic control technology, more functions and greater performance are required gradually for automation control system in industrial enterprise. Therefore, optimization mechanism that includes adaptive control, fuzzy system and neural network was gradually introduced into the automation control system to implement the modular and hierarchical flexible configuration. It shortened the development cycle of product and enhanced the stability of the control system and production efficiency [1,2]. All manufacturing activities were conducted under the domination of manufacturing information [3]. The gradually implementation of control process in control system were accompanied with the flow, configuration, and operation for manufacturing information. Control system is a process of decision-making, configuration and optimization for manufacturing information. Control system must be able to process a large number of complex manufacturing information. It is basic issue for application of manufacturing information in automatic control system to choose suitable analysis method to build a multifunctional, stable and efficient control system in processing a large number of complex manufacturing information to optimize control process [3,4].
