ABSTRACT
Resource is one of the most important conditions for development in any industry. The unique position advantage of aerospace cultural industry in Langfang lies not only in its convenient transportation, but also in the resources that Beijing and Tianjin provided. Resource advantage of Langfang manifests itself in mainly three ways: first of all, Langfang neighbors Beijing Aerospace Headquarters to the north and Tianjin’s rocket base to the south. Combines with local industries, including the production base of 529 factory, Huachuang Tianyuan Industrial Developing Co. Ltd., and the 6916 factory, which is closely related to the aerospace industry, Langfang has formed an aerospace industry group to provide this industry with sufficient meta resources. Besides, the North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering is located in Langfang. Its aerospace culture research base, aviation training center, party school, Qian Xuesen square, aerospace museum, etc., not only boost the development of aerospace culture, but also supply the development of aerospace cultural industry with rich human resources. Finally, International conventions in Langfang have provided the development of aerospace cultural industry with platforms for propaganda and exhibition [2].
