ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: According to the research background of a diversion project in Chongqing Banan District, two-dimensional numerical simulation models of the hydraulic tunnels in the interlayer porous karst aquifer rock by the finite element system-ABAQUS. The models are based on the fluid-solid coupling theory. Through the numerical simulation, we analyze the change of the pore water in the surrounding rock of the tunnel and the discipline of the water inflow, in the alteration of the diameter in line with the key point of the tunnel when excavating. The results of numerical modeling show that the water inflow of tunnel relates to the size of area in permeable layer, but the different junctions of two rocks provide minimal effects. When tunnel spans multilayer rock, the seepage flow and the water inflow yield great changes.
