ABSTRACT
In the regulated life science industries, plenty of attention is paid to the validation of new computer systems and associated infrastructure.
After the release of the computer systems to support operations, the Annex 11 Operational Phase of these systems initiates. This is the period of time in which relevant processes are in place to operate, monitor for satisfactory performance, modify as necessary to conform to user and regulatory requirements, and correct identified faults and failures.
