Daft (2003) affirms the organization structure design and transform is meaningful, because it can influence the organization performance through organizing employee’s behavior. However, in the process of exploring the organization structure’s outcome variables, the influence of organization structure on individual psychology, attitude and behavior is still not very clear (Tata & Prasad, 2004).
