ABSTRACT
The Ministry of education, the State Sports General Administration, the Communist Youth League Central Committee in order to further improve the physique and health level of the students, at the end of 2006, jointly launched the “nationwide Sunshine Sports” hundreds of millions of students, schools at all levels in the positive response, extensive and in-depth development of sunlight sports. So that all sectors of society have a more profound understanding to improve the physical health of students, with more attention to the school sports work, to mobilize the broad masses of young students to participate in physical exercise passion. In this great in strength and impetus of the sports activities of the students in extracurricular sports activities, the major colleges and universities students obtained the rapid development, the college extracurricular sports activities organizing content rich and colorful, diverse forms.
