ABSTRACT
It has been long for the development of disabled sports in Anhui Province. The disabled person’s life, study and health got the concern of the government since new China been founded. From the 1950s, the disabled were organized to join in physical training and different kinds of sport competition in areas such as Fuyang, Tongcheng and Wuhu[1]. By the end of the establishment of the Federation of the Disabled in Anhui Province in 1988, the disabled person sports had received great attention in the whole society, more and more organized physical training and sports competitions appeared, at the same time, some young athletes were discovered. Some of them got regular training, and achieved good results, for national disabled sports athletics level which was very low at that time[2].
