ABSTRACT
Culture soft power refers to “the integrated power of a country formed on a certain production basis that influences the domestic citizens and other countries in the form of culture in a long period of time. It takes the value system as the core and mainly embodies itself in the form of attraction, cohesion, influence, selective and repulsive forces, and aims to achieve the intended goal by optional means.”[2]
When peace, development and cooperation become the theme of the time, culture soft power takes an important part in comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. According to the above analysis of three kinds of power, I think sports culture soft power is a culture type generated in specific environment, developing with the mutual influence, fusion, penetration and promotion of culture and sports. It is regarded as an important part of social sports culture.
