ABSTRACT
With the development of Chinese economy and the increasing domestic and international cooperation, in some secondary cities, the economy is developing rapidly, people’s income level is becoming higher, nation’s cultural life is becoming richer, and international communication is more frequent. Not only the physical infrastructure such as landscape architecture and road building but also soft power such as reserve of talent and people’s image have reached the expectant top city level. Thus, more and more investors of investment program abroad, international cultural ceremony and the sponsors of sports events turn their eyes to these cities.
