ABSTRACT
University and college education stage is the period when undergraduates’ character and personality characteristics gradually mature and fix. Besides, it is also a key period when laying a solid foundation for physical quality. Numerous information shows that there exists a obvious conflict in the personality development of university and college students. Furthermore, the stage is a course of dividing, integrating and unifying. Meantime, university and college education is the last school education stage before most students take up an occupation. It is also the key stage of character formation, thus during which it’s malleable for students both physically and mentally. If personality characteristics and physical quality are strongly developed during this period, it will mean too much for students to adapt to the competitive society and improve future living quality.
