ABSTRACT
However, due to the nonlinear characteristics of ship power system and the power transfer between parallel operating generators, it is easy for the ship power system to run into the repeated power regulating state (Huang 2013). The above phenomena will lead to the big power fluctuation, deteriorate the supplied power quality, and have a bad effect on the electrical equipment in the ship grid. Therefore, the automatic frequency and volate modulation controllers are indispensable to effectively realize the power allocation and keep the system frequency and voltage steady.
