ABSTRACT
The comprehensive decision-making of grid planning scheme is a multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation problem, within it there are many uncertainties and fuzzy factors. In order to consider all these factors and set the attribute weight reasonable, this paper proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on combination weight for the decision-making of grid planning scheme, and the optimization Model making the effect of expert experiences and objective data together combines the subjective weight and objective weight which is solved by PSO is built in this method. The calculation results of IEEE Garver-6 show that the method proposed in this paper has feasibility and effectiveness.
