ABSTRACT
At present, with coal as main part of the power structure, coal power-generation accounted for more than 70% the total installed capacity, and carbon dioxide emissions of coal power accounted for more than 95%, suggesting that the power structure is very irrational with quite low proportion of low-carbon power. Therefore, it will optimize the current terrible power structure and reduce the power coefficient of carbon emissions to develop low-carbon electricity in China.
