Forecast output power of photovoltaic system based on grey system and BP neural network

Based on the above reasons, this paper starts from improving PV output power prediction accuracy, then uses similar historical data through BP neural network to predict one hour rated output power, then uses the historical data through grey system to predict total daily output power, finally adjusts one hour rated output power according to the total daily output power. Comparing the experimental results with the actual PV output, this paper verifies the accuracy of the method that can improve the prediction.
