ABSTRACT
Communication, the main business of the power private network, is primarily responsible for data transfer of the distribution products and marketing operations.
In 2009, China State Grid Corp put forward the goal of “Strong Smart Grid”. And so far, a phase objective has been achieved: the 110 kV and above voltage level power transmission network has been 100% optical fiber, and the 35 kV and 10 kV mid-voltage distribution network has been part-fiber. However, at some places of the city, to build a fiber network needs too much resource, which is a cost way. In this case, to build a wireless private network to extend the wired fiber network would be a good option.
