ABSTRACT
The engineering ship is firstly come to an anchor and fixed on the suitable sea area of tidal current energy; then the tidal current energy device is laid down for power generation to extract seawater for desalination. Finally, the fresh water and electric power is transported to the island through water duct and cable. The working total schematic diagram is shown as Figure 2.
