ABSTRACT

This paper introduces a temperature control system which applies an improved fuzzy PID control algorithm. The system kernels with ARM microprocessor use thermocouple to access the temperature signal and acquire real-time control parameters which fit the system best through way of self-adaptive algorithm to achieve the accurate temperature control. The system includes driver, controller and temperature sensor, which constitutes a closed loop control circuit. In this way, we can achieve accurate temperature control as well as avoid tedious manual operation.
