ABSTRACT
O4H type topology structure is used in cascade passage in order to simulate the flow characteristics inside the boundary layer accurately. All the value of Y+ on the wall is less than 2. The grid number of model is about 4 million, and Figure 1 is the computational mesh of model, the date of boundary conditions according to the gas turbine laboratory test data. The inlet total pressure is 1 949 230 Pa, inlet total temperature is 1 543 K, exit static pressure is 376 438 Pa, the first rotor speed is 9 740 r/min, the second rotor speed is 7 436 r/min.
