ABSTRACT
Information Technology provided strong support for design and implementation of IT-supported instruction, the implementation of Learning Facilitating Events needs the help of Information Technology as the technical means, these influences the depth and breadth of learning. Common technical means of Learning Facilitating Events are: Visual Reality, concept map, adaptive course, blog, E-Learning Portfolio, digital library, visual classroom, chatroom, bulletin board, mobile learning, BBS, E-mail etc. These multimedia can be utilized by teachers to facilitate the communication and cooperation with students. On the other hand, students also can improve the learning ability on their own by using these facilitating learning media.
