ABSTRACT

In recent years, with continuous development of the society and the economy, China’s demand for energy keeps on increasing. Judging from the present situation, oil, coal, natural gas, and other traditional energies still keep larger proportions in the energies used in China. However, the consequences of using traditional energies in large amount could on one hand result in increasing pressure of exploitation of Chinese traditional energies. At present, the exploitation quantity of Chinese domestic traditional energy could not meet the increasingly growing demands for it, which might cause certain risks for national energy security. On the other hand, it could also lead to continuous deterioration of the environment of China. Atmospheric contamination, water pollution, and air pollution are becoming more serious, and the ranges and duration of hazy weather are on the increase.
