ABSTRACT

In 1991, Meeuwisse had proposed that unless everyone has a special mark established, otherwise it is extremely difficult to determine who is easily hurt. Aiming at the effectiveness of operating risk prediction for individual action is the basis for the establishment of FMS prevention strategies. The traditional commonly-applied tests are situps, push-ups, endurance runs, sprints, and agility activities, and therefore special evaluation method is required to determine the defects of movement. FMS is exactly the subjective method of movement quality evaluation established under this ideological guidance. By using seven kinds of integrated body movements of different body postures, FMS can detect the restraints and asymmetry of muscular work. Therefore, FMS is suitable for individual damage evaluation and prediction.
