Effects of physical exercise on research on the subjective sense of well-being of the elder people

This study with five urban area of Chengdu (Wuhou District, Jinjiang District, Jinniu District, Chenghua District, Qingyang District) 300 over the age of 60 elderly as the research object, including 110 male, accounts for 42.3% of the overall population, and 150 female, accounting for 57.7% of the total number; there are 79 people at the age of 60-64 year-old, 119 people 65-69 year-old, 40 people 70-74 year-old, 22 people over 75 year-old.

2.2 Research methods
