ABSTRACT: In this paper, we propose a Multiple-Input-Single-Output (MISO) model to study the Cerebral Auto-regulation (CA) system. Traditional identification algorithm cannot eectively reduce or eliminate the impact from the unrelated items of impulse response sequence of CA system, and it fails to identify the desired eect. Therefore, in this paper, by using and comparing two dierent identification algorithms that consist of the Least Square (LS), and Least angle regression (Lars) of L1-norm, under the condition of noise or no noise, the impulse response sequence of CA system is obtained, which is made use of to gain the size of phase at the specific frequency band.
