ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In the present study, the experience in the exchange of our university with Crimea State Medical University in Ukraine is summarized and discussed, including the medical teaching procedures and the examining and assessing system. The internationalization of higher education has been a current tendency and has been developed in many countries and areas, and the internationalization level of their own education has been improved through the dierent way now. What they have done in medical teaching in Ukraine should give us some enlightenment on our medical teaching. It is concluded that the emphasis in the practical teaching on the basis of understanding of some basic theoretical knowledge, the great attention paid to the assessment on the students’ performance in the normal days and the implementation of a strict teaching procedure, and an strict examining and assessing system are beneficial in cultivating more outstanding medical students and outstanding doctors in the future, and medical students could further improve in the internationalization consciousness, English proficiency, knowing of the academic trend in medicine as well as the distinct learning way through the international exchange since it is advocated no longer to work quietly and diligently oneself alone and an eective exchange could let conducive to each other.
