ABSTRACT

We will select a time to go on the general anesthesia on the thyroid operation patients of 100 cases, aged from 23 to 67 years old, with the weight from 52 to 84 kg, male or female. ASA classification is I or II level. Divide them into five groups randomly: 20 cases in each group. Intramuscularly inject penehyclidine hydrochloride 1 mg 30 minutes earlier before the anesthesia. Routine monitor ECG, BP, SpO2 after admission, open the venous access, and inject lactated Rnger’s solution (infusion rate is 6-8 ml/kg · h). Monitor the expired concentrations of sevoflurane after the induction. Anesthesia induction: Five groups intravenously inject midazolam 2 mg, propofol 2 mg/kg, sufentanil 0.5 ug/kg in turn. After the eyelash reflex disappears, Group I inhale 8% sevoflurane with the oxygen flow being 6 L/min, and adopt video laryngoscope to insert recurrent laryngeal nerve monitoring special tracheal tube to make the mechanical ventilation 10 seconds later after the end-tidal concentration achieves 2.5%.
