ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: In order to better adapt to the talent competition in the pharmaceutical market and the requirements for new pharmaceutical talents in the society, a diversified pharmaceutical talent training model was proposed. The model was aimed to cultivate the students to have an international vision, to be able to serve for the economic construction and social development. In this study, based on the characteristics of diversified training model, a training program with various contents and distinct characteristics was formulated, and the training methods and training approaches were designed and implemented according to the training program. The establishment of a pharmaceutical diversified talent training model and its teaching system can help to train the diversity of pharmaceutical talents, and should be in line with the requirements of social development for the talents. It is conducive to widening students’ international horizon, and improving students’ proficiency, innovation, market competitiveness and the quality of student training1.
