ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: A qualitative multiple nested PCR detection method for four kinds of genetically modified herbicide tolerant soybeans was established for commercialization. In addition, the sensitivity of the detection system was evaluated. The detection sensitivity of this method was 0.05% in the first round of PCR and 0.0005% in the second round of PCR. The results suggest that the genetically modified organization of genetically modified soybean products can be detected using the multiple nested PCR detection method established in the research. This detection method is eective, simple, quick and accurate, and it has an important practical significance.
