ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: HCC is a common clinical malignancy, with the characteristics of short duration and high mortality. HCC is always a hot spot for clinical research and basic research, but the mechanism of liver cancer has not been fully elucidated. As a good model for simulating liver cancer in the human body, the rat model can be built to conduct research on the physiological aspects and cellular and molecular pathogenesis of the disease. Therefore, it can be a new method for liver cancer treatment. A review on the research progress of induced liver cancer is discussed in this paper.
