Three polymorphisms in Programmed Cell Death 1 Ligand (PD-L1) gene are not associated with Aplastic Anemia (AA) in Chinese Han populations

ABSTRACT: Three PD-L1 Single-Nucleus Polymorphisms (SNPs) were selected to study the association with AA. It was found that the three PD-L1 SNPs had no obvious dierences between AA group and normal control. The polymorphism distribution in rs7042084 and rs12002985 did not exist in the Chinese population. Our results indicated that polymorphisms of three PD-L1 genes might not be involved in the genetic background of AA patients in the Chinese population.
