ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: Determine the anticancer drug nedaplatin in silver, the acid condition, TMK solution, and the silver ions red complex. Color depth is positively related to the amount of silver; in 0-25 µg/25 mL, good linear relationship is shown. The maximum absorption wavelength is 540 nm, and the molar absorptive is ε540 = 9.1 × 104 L⋅mol-1cm-1. Determination of nedaplatin samples can be applied under this condition. The results and the original absorption spectra are consistent.
