ABSTRACT: This paper studies the validity and reliability of the Nintendo Wii Balance Board by analyzing the precisions on measurement of weight and coordination. Results showed that smaller load resulted in worse precision. Without filters, the minimum error of weight measurement was about 0.4 kg and that of the center of position was 16.8 mm. The results showed that the WBB can work as an eective measuring tool for the low-precision system.
