ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The purpose is to observe the clinical curative eect of Baoxinbao film for elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris and to carry on the analysis. The method is that 161 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, in which 105 cases belong to the treatment group and 56 cases belong to the control group. Two groups are given conventional treatment, including nitrates, aspirin, beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor blockers, and so on. Based on the above treatment, the treatment group is added with Baoxinbao film, which is added one for every 4 days but two for the first time. Treatment course for the two groups is 20 days. After treatment, angina pectoris clinical symptoms relieved, electrocardiogram improved, and blood rheology indexes in the treatment group raised than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The curative eect of Baoxinbao film for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is good and no obvious side eects observed.
