ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The research of the crystal structure of solid drug has great significance due to the influence of the crystal structure of solid drug on clinical ecacy, safety, and the drug quality stability. In this paper, spironolactone, atorvastatin calcium, orlistat, and dexibuprofen were treated using the high-pressure CO2 and characterized by the X-ray diractometer. The spec-trograms of XRD characterization show that the crystal structure of drugs have changed after being treated using the high pressure CO2. The results indicate that it is feasible using the high-pressure CO2 to transfer the crystal of heat-sensitive drugs.
