ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The study summarized the treatment laws of Sinomenium Acutum (SA) (Menispermaceae) using text mining techniques. First, we proposed text mining by collecting related literatures about SA from Chinese Biomedical Literature (CBM) Database, and then the ACCESS database was constructed. Second, structured query language was used to do data processing as well as data stratification. Algorithm was adopted to analyze the basic laws of symptom, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pattern, TCM herb compatibility, and drug combination. Our study indicates that text mining could be used to analyze the treatment laws of SA and provide a good reference for clinical application and intensive research.
